Tracking numbers will be updated 2-5 days after your order is shipped to your email or SMS to your phone number.

You can track your order on our Track Your Order page with your tracking number. If you do not have a tracking number after 2-5 days from the order date, please contact us immediately.

Yes! We will send out an order confirmation by email or SMS right after you make an order. For shipping confirmation, we will send this out to your email or via SMS once your order has been processed which can take up to 3 days.

Yes! You can cancel your order for free! Just contact us with your request to cancel your order and we will halt processing and refund immediately. You must cancel your order within 48 hours of purchasing. If the item has already been processed and sent to the courier for delivery, there is not much we can do from here other than wait until you receive the product. Once you've received it and would still like to cancel your purchase you can easily refer to returns and refunds HERE.
